Synic LLC provides high-quality stock photos of realistic human-like images, initially generated by artificial intelligence and then hand-picked and authored by our team, sold in bundles of 10 or 100 random photos ("Bundles"). The Photos are curated to ensure quality and diversity and are intended for legitimate commercial and personal use as outlined in these Terms.
Upon purchase of a Bundle, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to use the Photos for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions below. This license allows you to:

The Photos are initially generated by AI but are hand-picked, curated, and authored by Synic LLC, making them original works eligible for copyright protection under applicable law. We retain all ownership and copyright in the Photos, and your purchase grants you only the license described in Section 3.1. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights to the Photos.
Bundles are available in two sizes: 10 Photos or 100 Photos. Prices are listed on the Website and are subject to change without notice. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods provided on the Website. All transactions are processed securely, but we are not responsible for any issues arising from your payment provider.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a secure download link via email to access your Bundle. Photos are provided in high-quality JPEG format at 512x512 pixel resolution. We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to incorrect email addresses or technical issues beyond our control.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Photos, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless required by applicable law. Please review your purchase carefully before completing the transaction.

Bundles contain random Photos selected from our library of over 10,000 curated images. You cannot choose specific Photos within a Bundle, and we do not guarantee that the Photos will meet your specific needs or preferences.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or Photos, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Bundle giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Synic LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Photos, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Website or revoke your license to use the Photos at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct we deem harmful to our interests. Upon termination, you must cease using the Photos and destroy any copies in your possession.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Spokane, Washington, conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Synic LLC.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Website or Photos after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
